(1)WszI型地埋(mai)式生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)水處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)設備(bei) 生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)水屬于低濃(nong)度有(you)機污(wu)水,可(ke)生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)好且(qie)各種營養(yang)元素比較(jiao)全,同(tong)時(shi)受重金屬離子污(wu)染(ran)的(de)可(ke)能性(xing)(xing)比較(jiao)小(xiao),在(zai)一(yi)體化(hua)(hua)(hua)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)設備(bei)中(zhong)以好氧生(sheng)物(wu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)法為主要處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)單(dan)元。該(gai)工藝(yi)流(liu)程適(shi)合于分流(liu)制排(pai)水系統,僅將生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)水進(jin)(jin)入本(ben)設備(bei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li),為了減少設備(bei)本(ben)體體積,調節池(chi)(chi)(chi)一(yi)般(ban)(ban)不包(bao)含在(zai)一(yi)體化(hua)(hua)(hua)設備(bei)中(zhong),調節池(chi)(chi)(chi)起調節水量的(de)作用(yong),其有(you)效停留時(shi)間般(ban)(ban)為4-8h。初(chu)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)為豎流(liu)式沉(chen)(chen)(chen)淀池(chi)(chi)(chi),污(wu)水上(shang)升流(liu)速控制在(zai)0.2~0.3mm/s,沉(chen)(chen)(chen)淀下(xia)來(lai)的(de)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)定期輸(shu)送(song)至(zhi)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池(chi)(chi)(chi),對于處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)量很小(xiao)的(de)設備(bei)(小(xiao)于5m3/h),一(yi)般(ban)(ban)不設初(chu)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)反應(ying)池(chi)(chi)(chi)常(chang)用(yong)三級接觸氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi),總停留時(shi)間為2.3~3.0h,填(tian)料(liao)采(cai)用(yong)無堵(du)塞型、易(yi)結(jie)膜、高比表面積(160m2/m3)的(de)填(tian)料(liao),目前常(chang)用(yong)梯形、多面空心球(qiu)等填(tian)料(liao)。二沉(chen)(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)也為豎流(liu)式結(jie)構上(shang)升流(liu)速為0.1-0.15mm/s,沉(chen)(chen)(chen)淀下(xia)來(lai)的(de)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)輸(shu)送(song)至(zhi)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池(chi)(chi)(chi);污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池(chi)(chi)(chi)用(yong)來(lai)消(xiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)初(chu)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和沉(chen)(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni),其中(zhong)的(de)上(shang)清(qing)(qing)液輸(shu)送(song)至(zhi)生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)反應(ying)池(chi)(chi)(chi),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)再處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)。污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池(chi)(chi)(chi)消(xiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)后的(de)剩余污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)很少,一(yi)般(ban)(ban)1~2年清(qing)(qing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)一(yi)次,清(qing)(qing)理(li)(li)(li)(li)方(fang)法可(ke)用(yong)吸糞車從(cong)檢查孔伸入污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池(chi)(chi)(chi)底部進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)抽吸。由(you)二沉(chen)(chen)(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)排(pai)出的(de)上(shang)清(qing)(qing)液經(jing)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)池(chi)(chi)(chi)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)后排(pai)放,按(an)規范(fan)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)池(chi)(chi)(chi)接觸時(shi)間為30min,若是(shi)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)(li)醫院污(wu)水,消(xiao)毒(du)(du)(du)池(chi)(chi)(chi)接觸時(shi)間應(ying)增加(jia)至(zhi)1~1.5h。
該(gai)工藝適合于進水(shui)(shui)(shui)BOD5≤200mg/L,能保(bao)證出水(shui)(shui)(shui)BOD5≤20mg/L。整個系(xi)統(tong)運行穩定,管理方便(bian),根據本(ben)工藝制造(zao)的一體化(hua)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理設備已成系(xi)列化(hua),設計(ji)處理量(liang)為(wei)0.5~30m3/h,可廣泛(fan)應用于生活小區的污水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理。
